FREE ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY ON ALL UK ORDERS OVER £25

We offer free delivery with Royal Mail (Tracked 48) on all UK orders over £25.

Each order we receive is packed by hand and we endeavour to dispatch your items as soon as we can. Our aim is to dispatch orders within 2 working days of an order being placed. This means that all UK orders should be with you in a maximum of 5 working days of the order being placed.

To ensure the safe delivery of our orders, we use a tracked service for all our deliveries.

UK CUSTOMERS

• Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked – £4 (FREE on UK orders over £25)
  Delivery from 2 working days after despatch

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

• Royal Mail Tracked (EU Customers) – £8
  Delivery from 3-5 working days after despatch
• Royal Mail Tracked (Rest of the World) – £10
  Delivery from 5-7 working days after despatch

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You may cancel an order at any time up to 14 days from receiving your delivery by contacting us at enquiries@forzanatura.co.uk. In order to receive a refund, you must return your order, at your expense, in an unused, unopened condition without any seals being removed or broken. You should include your name and order number in the package.

All returns must be posted to Forza Natura Ltd, Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FA.

We will refund the cost of your order within 14 days of receiving the returned goods in a saleable condition.

We take every care to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please return it to us for a full refund. We cannot refund return postage costs for non-faulty products.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and return the order to us within 7 days. We will send you a replacement within 7 days of receiving your returned damaged goods.
